Reading Waste Industry does not put any cookies on your device. We count visits without cookies, as explained in our privacy notice, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
If you switch the site between light and dark, your browser remembers the choice in its own local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Staff
When a member of our team signs in to the site's dashboard, a cookie called payload-token keeps them signed in. It is strictly necessary for that, is set only for people who sign in, and expires after eight hours or when they sign out.
Videos
Some pages may show YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set cookies when the page loads, but may do so if you press play. See Google's privacy policy for details.
If this changes
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your permission first and update this page.
